SIMILAR TO THE HULL STILL PHOTOGRAPHIC INSPECTIONS, SOME CLIENTS WILL WANT TO MONITOR THE REAL TIME FOOTAGE OF THE SUBMERGED AREA OF THE SHIP TO ASSESS THE FOULING AND ANY OTHER DAMAGE CONDITION. THE CCTV INSPECTIONS WHICH ARE REAL TIME AND CAN BE VIEWED BY THE CLIENT ONBOARD MSS DIVE SUPPORT LAUNCH ALONG WITH “DIVERS COMMENTARY”. THE DIGITAL VIDEO IS ALSO SHARED WITH THE CLIENT THROUGH ONLINE PORTALS ALONG WITH FULLY DOCUMENTED PROFESSIONAL HULL INSPECTION REPORT MENTIONING ALL RELEVANT DETAILS.
UNDERWATER INSPECTION IN LIEU OF DRY DOCKING
WE USES HIGH QUALITY DIVING EQUIPMENT AND CONDUCT THE OPERATION IN A SAFEST AND SMOOTHEST MANNER IN PRESENCE OF CLASS SURVEYOR AND CLIENT UP TO THEIR SATISFACTION AND PROFESSIONAL DIVING REPORT IS SHARED WITH THE CLIENT ALONG WITH REAL TIME FOOTAGE AND DIVER’S COMMENTARY IN ENGLISH.
PAINT SAMPLING & ANALYSIS
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MAJOR PAINT COMPANIES CAN OFFER TO CONDUCT THE PAINT SAMPLING COLLECTION FROM THE SHIP HULL FROM VARIOUS LOCATIONS SUCH AS.
- HULL STARBOARD SIDE – SAMPLES FROM FORWARD, MIDSHIP AND AFT WITH 5 M DRAFT DIFFERENCE
- HULL PORT SIDE – SAMPLES FROM FORWARD, MIDSHIP AND AFT WITH 5 M DRAFT DIFFERENCE.
- HULL FLAT BOTTOM – SAMPLES FROM FORWARD, MID SHIP AND AFT WITH 50 M LENGTH WISE AND SIDE WISE.

HULL STILL PHOTOGRAPHIC INSPECTIONS
Ship-Owners usually emphasize on the routine and planned Hull Photographic Inspections of
the vessel in order to ascertain the condition of the Coating system and for any possible
underwater damages that could affect the sea-worthiness of the vessels.
We are fully equipped and certified in providing these ship hull
inspections. Our expert and trained divers use state of the art specialized High Definition (HD)
cameras for Still photography to assess and inspect all the Hull and related Appendages such
as:
- Vertical Sides
- Flat Bottom
- Bow Thrusters
- Rudder
- Propeller
- Rope Guard
- Sea chests
- Bilge Keel
- Transducers (Speed Log, Echo Sounder etc)
- ICCP
- Anodes
CCTV INSPECTIONS
Similar to the Hull Still Photographic Inspections, Some Clients will want to monitor the real time footage of the Submerged area of the Ship to assess the fouling and any other damage condition. NSA Marine Services is fully equipped with Expert and experienced Divers and State of the Art underwater Diving equipment to carry out the CCTV inspections which are Real time and can be viewed by the Client onboard MSS dive support launch along with “Divers Commentary”. The Digital Video is also shared with the client through online portals along with fully documented Professional Hull Inspection Report mentioning all relevant details.

PAINT SAMPLING & ANALYSIS
- Hull Starboard Side – Samples from Forward, Midship and Aft with 5 m Draft
difference - Hull Port Side – Samples from Forward, Midship and Aft with 5 m Draft difference.
- Hull Flat Bottom – Samples from Forward, Mid ship and Aft with 50 m Length wise and
Side wise.
